VESTRA provides engineering, permit, regulatory compliance, and sampling services to the Greenwood Dairy located in Orland. The operator wished to expand hisdairy herd from 1,800 to 3,500 milking head.

VESTRA designed the dairy's new wastewater ponds to meet California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 27 requirements. VESTRA's assistance was requested to gain the regional water quality control board's approval of the design.

VESTRA's engineering staff also supported the permitting process, providing pond completion report documents and completing a Drainage Analysis.
