VESTRA provided project management and design engineering services for five commercial buildings in the City of Redding. The project included obtaining site development permits and site civil designs. Offsite improvement design consisted of street widening, restriping, street lighting, and storm drainage facilities.

Water and sewer connections as well as underground utilities and a gas line extension were designed. HEC-1 analysis was completed to determine the pipe size and to determine the size of the detention facility required. Two 48-inch high-density polyethylene pipes and an arch culvert were placed under the parking lots. An inlet headwall, outlet structure, and junction structure were designed for the existing box culvert crossing.

VESTRA staff also provided construction staking for the project sites and conducted construction inspections.
