This work included design of closure documents and related permitting for the Fort Bidwell, Alturas, Cedarville, and Lake City landfills. Work included preparation of a Design and Closure Plan pursuant to Title 27 requirements, Post Closure Maintenance Plans, and a Construction Quality Assurance Plan, as well as construction plans and specifications. Construction oversight was provided.
