VESTRA provided a revised design for the 10-acre facility located in Red Bluff. This project included redesigning the drainage system for the Title 27 landfill cap as well as addressing final erosion control measures. VESTRA also provided construction inspection services. Upon completion of the construction, VESTRA performed an as-built topographic survey of the site.
