VESTRA is working with PMC to complete revisions to the Tehama County General Plan. VESTRA is completing all sections related to water and groundwater quality, as well as all sections concerning agricultural impact. In addition VESTRA is responsible for all mapping for the County, including all GIS maps in the General Plan.

VESTRA provided data capture and integration services to capture important data sets necessary to support the general planning process and Envirnomental Impact Report (EIR) preparation and to refine, update, and restructure data sets so they contain the best-possible information to support County projects. This revision process involved integration of the County's existing GIS layers as well as the development of additional layers and has been used for analysis, mapping, and reporting into a web-based GIS system.

VESTRA also is working with PMC to complete an EIR for plan revisions and will be responsible for all GIS analysis as well as technical sections concerning water quality and agriculture.
