We are pleased to announce Breanna Owens, VESTRA's Regulatory Biologist and Range Specialist has been certified as a Rangeland Manager.  As a CA Certified Rangeland Manager Breanna is able to make management recommendations, develop conservation and management plans, grazing prescriptions, and other rangeland management activities.  She will also be meeting the state licensing requirements for conducting professional range management activities on forested landscapes.
