VESTRA Resources, Inc. has been awarded a Master Services Agreement (MSA) contract for Geographic Information System software and services with the Department of General Services (DGS) on behalf of the State of California and any participating local governments (VESTRA’s MSA Contract Number is 5-06-70-18). Local government agencies include any city, county, district, college, or university empowered to spend public funds. The contract was executed on October 31, 2006, and is valid for three years (through August 31, 2009), with two one-year optional extensions. State and local governments can purchase software, training, and services through the state CMAS program.
