VESTRA worked with Louisiana-Pacific (L-P) on a groundbreaking 3-year project to implement an ecosystem-based sustainable management program for L-P’s 450,000-acre Northern California timberlands. The project resulted in development of three SYPs, one for each of its management units, and a multi-species HCP. L-P’s SYPs were among the first such documents submitted in compliance with new regulations developed by the California State Board of Forestry.
