VESTRA was retained by Concrete Aggregate Inc. to complete permitting activities associated with the development of an aggregate mine in Trinity County, California. The initial Use Permit issued by Trinity County contained 20 conditions of approval. VESTRA worked with the mine operator to address all of the Use Permit conditions and move the operation forward. Work included completion of a revised Reclamation Plan, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, WDR permit, Financial Assurance Cost Estimate, and Financial Assurance Mechanism support.
