Environmental Impact Report and General Plan Update

Tehama County, California

VESTRA worked with PMC to complete revisions to Tehama County’s General Plan.  VESTRA completed sections related to water and groundwater quality, as well as those sections concerning agricultural impact.  In addition, VESTRA is responsible for all mapping for the County, including the GIS maps prepared for the General Plan.  VESTRA provided data capture and integration services to capture important data sets necessary to support the general planning process and EIR preparation, and to refine, update, and restructure data sets so they contain the best possible information to support County projects.  This revision process involved the integration of the County’s existing GIS layers as well as the development of additional layers and has been used for analysis, mapping, and reporting into a Web-based GIS system.
